I had a small issue with my order on bdrocks.com i was already feeling mentally drained that day, so I wasn’t in the mood to deal with a long back-and-forth. I messaged support and they actually got back to me quickly. What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel like some copy-paste response — they understood the issue and helped fix it. Everything was sorted the same day, which was a huge relief. Really happy with how they handled it.

I got the tracking messages right on time and always knew where my order was, which was really nice. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with no issues at all!

I ordered a few rocks from bdrocks.com, the size and weight were pretty much spot on with what was listed. The packaging was fine overall, but it could’ve used a bit more padding!!! Nothing too terrible, but I would’ve felt better if it had been packed a little more securely...

I’ve had so many sites where the item looks affordable, then suddenly shipping is like half the order, or there’s some random handling fee, or the total jumps up out of nowhere. That didn’t happen here. The price stayed fair, it didn’t feel like a trick, and it made the whole purchase feel worth it. I’d definitely order from them again.

I don’t know, the whole thing just didn’t feel great. The staff didn’t really seem to know what was going on, and I had to explain myself more than once. It was frustrating.

It looked okay at first, but I’m not sure how to explain it, it just felt a bit too cheap to give as a gift. Fine maybe for yourself, but I wouldn’t really feel comfortable wrapping it up for someone else.
